How to Withdraw Funds at Bitvyl
A clear guide to withdrawals: verify your identity, use the same currency and network as your deposit, protect your account with 2FA and read each status.

In this article
A withdrawal moves money from your Bitvyl real account to your own crypto wallet. The process is not difficult, but it has a few rules. If you know them before you start, you avoid delays and mistakes.
This guide explains each step: identity verification, the network rule, your wallet address, two-factor authentication, the review process, the withdrawal statuses and network fees. It ends with safety tips that protect your funds.
Before you request a withdrawal
Three things must be ready before you submit a request: your verified identity, the correct network and your own wallet address.
Verify your identity (KYC)
Before your first withdrawal, you must verify your identity. This process is often called KYC, which means "know your customer". It helps make sure that only the real owner of the account can withdraw.
At Bitvyl, verification needs two things:
- An identity document, such as a passport or a national ID card.
- A selfie, a photo of your face.
A few tips help your verification go smoothly:
- Use a valid document that is not expired.
- Take the photo in good light. All text and all four corners of the document should be visible.
- Do not cut, edit or cover any part of the image.
- For the selfie, look at the camera, remove sunglasses or a hat, and use a plain background.
- Make sure the name on your account matches the name on your document.
You can complete verification before you need to withdraw. This way, you do not have to wait for it when you want your funds.
Use the same currency and network
This is the most important rule. At Bitvyl, you can withdraw only in the same currency and on the same network that you used to deposit.
Here are two examples:
- You deposited USDT on BEP20. Your withdrawal must be USDT on BEP20.
- You deposited USDT on TRC-20. Your withdrawal must be USDT on TRC-20.
You cannot deposit on one network and withdraw on another. This is why it is smart to choose your deposit network carefully. Choose a network that your wallet can also receive. If you are not sure which network to choose, read our comparison of USDT on BEP20, TRC20 and ERC20. You can also read the deposit rules on the crypto deposits page.
Use your own wallet address
Withdrawals go only to your own wallet. Do not use the address of a friend, a family member or another person who says they will "receive it for you".
Before you paste the address, check that the wallet supports the same coin and network:
- A TRC-20 address starts with the letter "T".
- BEP20 and ERC-20 addresses both start with "0x". They look the same, but they are different networks. Your wallet must be set to receive on the exact network of your withdrawal.
If the network uses a memo or tag, add it exactly as your wallet shows it. A wrong address or a wrong network can mean that your funds are lost, and a blockchain transfer usually cannot be reversed.
Always copy and paste the address. Never type it by hand. After you paste it, check the first and last characters. Some harmful programs can change an address you copied, so this short check is worth the time.
Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication adds a second step to your login and to your withdrawals. After your password, you must enter a code from an authenticator app on your phone. The code changes every few seconds.
With 2FA turned on, a person who steals your password still cannot log in or withdraw without your phone. Turn it on in your security settings, and save your backup information in a safe place, offline.
How to submit your withdrawal request
When your identity is verified and your wallet is ready, the request itself is short:
- Open the withdrawal section of your account.
- Choose the currency and network. They must be the same as your deposit.
- Paste your own wallet address, and add a memo or tag if needed.
- Enter the amount. The minimum amount is shown in the form.
- Confirm with your 2FA code if it is turned on.
- Check every detail one last time, then submit.
Review by the finance team and statuses
Every withdrawal request is reviewed by the Bitvyl finance team. This review is a safety step. It helps protect your account and your funds.
We do not give a fixed time for withdrawals. The time can depend on the review and on the blockchain network. You can follow your request through its status:
| Status | What it means | What you should do |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Your request was received and is waiting for review. | Wait. Check that your identity is verified. |
| Processing | Your request was approved and is being sent on the network. | Wait for the network to confirm the transfer. |
| Completed | The withdrawal was sent to your wallet address. | Check your wallet on the correct network. |
| Rejected | Your request was not approved. The amount returns to your real balance and the reason appears in your history. | Read the reason, fix the issue and contact support through Help if anything is unclear. |
If your status is "Completed" but you do not see the funds, first check that your wallet is showing the correct network. A USDT balance on BEP20 does not appear in the ERC-20 view of the same wallet.
Fees and safety
Network fees
Bitvyl charges no commission on withdrawals. However, network fees may apply. These fees belong to the blockchain network, not to Bitvyl. They change with the network and with how busy it is. In general, ERC-20 is usually more expensive than TRC-20 and BEP20. The amount you receive may be a little lower than the amount you requested because of this fee.
Safety tips
- Never share your password, your 2FA codes or your backup codes with anyone.
- Be careful with messages from people who say they are "support" on social media. Use only the support chat and tickets inside the platform, under Help.
- Do not pay anyone who promises to "speed up" or "unlock" your withdrawal.
- Use a device you trust. Avoid public computers and public Wi-Fi for withdrawals.
- Keep records of your deposit network and your wallet address, so you always know what to choose.
Many of these points also appear in our list of common beginner mistakes. Reading it once can save you from expensive problems.
