Read carefully before trading with real money.

IMPORTANT WARNING

Short-term prediction trades (binary / UP-DOWN options) and crypto derivatives carry a HIGH RISK OF TOTAL LOSS of the amount invested. You can lose all of your capital in seconds.

1. Nature of the product

On BITVYL you trade short-term price-movement predictions (15 seconds to 4 hours). The outcome is binary: you either earn the payout (up to +89% of the staked amount) if you're right, or lose 100% of the staked amount if you're wrong. There is no middle ground.

2. Crypto market volatility

Cryptocurrencies are extremely volatile. Swings of 5-10% in minutes are common. News, whales, hacks, regulation and sentiment can cause abrupt moves without warning. Strategies that work in normal conditions can break in extreme moments.

3. You can lose more than you expect

  • Losing streaks (drawdown) can be deeper than your experience suggests
  • Reinvesting after a loss ("martingale") tends to accelerate ruin
  • "Foolproof" strategies promoted on YouTube/Telegram do not exist
  • Past results do not guarantee future results

4. Invisible costs

Payout is less than 100% (typically 80-89%). That means even if you win 50% of your trades, you lose money in the long run. To break even you need to win around 53-56% of trades. To profit consistently, even more.

5. Technical risks

  • Network latency can delay your orders
  • Temporary platform downtime
  • Price feed errors (mitigated — we use multiple exchanges, but not eliminated)
  • Browser / app crashes

6. Underlying asset risks

Cryptocurrencies themselves carry risks: 51% attacks, smart contract bugs, hard forks, regulatory shifts, key loss. BITVYL does not hold crypto beyond what is necessary — USDT deposits are processed via NOWPayments and converted to an internal balance.

7. Age and jurisdiction

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Check whether binary options / crypto derivatives are legal in your country.
  • Some jurisdictions ban them entirely (US, Japan, etc.) — see /compliance.

8. Our recommendation

  • Use demo mode first. Practice at least 200 trades with the $10,000 virtual balance.
  • Start small. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
  • Set limits. Use the self-limit tools at /responsabilidade.
  • Stop when needed. Do not chase losses.
