Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any feature of BITVYL ("we", "the platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts. The platform is not intended for residents of jurisdictions where trading cryptocurrencies or derivative products is prohibited.

3. Demo Mode

All users start in demo mode with $10,000 virtual. Trades in demo mode do not involve real money and virtual balances cannot be converted into monetary value.

4. Real Mode

To use real mode, you must deposit USDT via TRC-20. Real-mode trades carry risk of losing the deposited amount. You trade at your own risk — BITVYL does not provide financial advice.

5. Bonuses

Amounts credited as bonuses (via promotional codes) cannot be withdrawn. Bonus balance is consumed only during trades. Withdrawals only release the real balance deposited (and your real-mode winnings).

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in USDT TRC-20 within up to 48 business hours. BITVYL may require additional verification (KYC) for amounts above $1,000 or in case of suspected fraud.

7. Prohibited behavior

• Multiple accounts for the same person
• Bots, scrapers or any unauthorized automation
• Market manipulation, bonus abuse, fraud
• Use of false personal data

Violations result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus balances. Real balance is returned (less any applicable fees).

8. Limitation of liability

BITVYL provides the platform "as is". We do not guarantee profits, uninterrupted availability or immunity from errors. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by e-mail. Continuing to use the platform after a change constitutes acceptance.
